Jake Browne
I build companies for creators. Today that means Retrograde - AI talent agents that work the way the best human agents do, at a scale no roster ever could.
Trajectory
Engineering taught me how systems work. Production taught me how attention works. Every company since has lived where those two meet.

About
I started with a Master's in Electronic Engineering from University College Dublin, with a thesis on OTC derivatives and financial engineering - the kind of problem where small, compounding decisions decide everything. That instinct never left.
I traded the lab bench for a camera and built The Intersection, a high-end production agency that cleared seven figures with no staff and a client list most studios chase for years. Working that close to creators showed me the real bottleneck: the business around the talent, not the talent itself.
So I built the business. The Go House to incubate creators, Peblo to finance them - now part of Wayflyer - and Retrograde to give every creator an agent that never sleeps. I split my time between Dublin and Portugal, and I move fast.
